Ronnie Beevor, B.A. (Honours)

El Sr. Anagnostaras-Adams, o Harry Adams como le llaman sus amigos, nació en Egipto como ciudadano griego. Creció en Australia, donde adoptó la nacionalidad australiana. Ha sido Presidente Adjunto del Australian Gold Council, es socio del Australian Institute of Management y del Australian Institute of Company Directors. Hace muy poco, fijó su residencia en Europa para dirigir EMED. El Sr. Leach tiene más de 25 años de experiencia en puestos directivos en diversos países dentro de la industria minera. John Leach es el presidente ejecutivo de Resource Mining Corporation Limited, una empresa australiana que cotiza en bolsa (ASX:RMI) y que tiene intereses en minerales de hierro en Australia Occidental y níquel en Papúa Nueva Guinea. El Sr. Leach es el Director Financiero de KEFI Minerals.
El Sr. Leach tiene una Licenciatura en Economía (Bachelor of Arts, Economics) y un Master en Administración de Empresas. Mr Jasper Bertisen, M.Sc.
Consejero no ejecutivo. El Sr. Bertisen es director de RCF Management LLC, gestora de Resource Capital Funds ("RCF"), un grupo de fondos de capital privado que invierte exclusivamente en el sector minero. RCF es un accionista de referencia de EMED Mining.

Mr Ashwath Mehra, B.Sc.
Consejero no Ejecutivo, Mr Ashwath Mehra es el CEO de MRI Group, que está compuesto por Marc Rich + Co. Investment A.G. y sus subsidiarias.
El Grupo MRI se dedica a la comercialización de materias primas con unos beneficios anuales de 3 mil millones de dólares. El Sr. Mehra ha trabajado en la industria minera dirante 22 años, comenzando su carrera en la Philipp Brothers y pasando después a formar parte de Glencore, dónde actuó como socio con responsabilidad sobre las divisiones de Niquel y Cobalto. Mr Robert Francis, BASc., CA
Consejero no Ejecutivo. Socio senior de la firma Deloitte & Touch LLP de Toronto retirado. Dirigió el grupo de Recursos Mineros de la firma dando amplios servicios al sector extractivo y metalúrgico, En su capacidad, MR. Francis ha asesorado extensivamente en los aspectos de cumplimiento normativo en relación con la preparación y publicación de informes y comunicaciones para accionistas.
Mr Francis es actualmente consejero no ejecutivo de Volta Resources Inc. empresa cotizada en el TSX. Es también consejero de la fundación William Osler Health Services Foundation.
D. José Nicolas Sierra Lopez, Ph.D., D.I.C., MBA
Consejero no Ejecutivo. El Sr. Sierra aporta a la Compañía más de 30 años de experiencia como directivo en el sector minero y energético tanto público como privado. De su amplia experiencia destacar el puesto de Director General de Minas e Industria de la Construcción en España y Director de Combustibles Fósiles de la Comisión Europea. Recientemente ha formado parte de Comisión Nacional de la Energía española.
El Sr. Sierra es Doctor Ingeniero por la Escuela de Minas de Madrid y miembro electo de la Real Academia de Doctores de España.

Mr Beevor is a former investment banker and was Head of Investment Banking at NM Rothschild & Sons (Australia) Ltd. He has had an extensive involvement with the natural resources industry, both in Australia and internationally.
He is a non-executive director of Bannerman Resources, Bendigo Mining, New World Energy, QMAG, Rey Resources and Talison Lithium. Mr Beevor has an Honours Degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Oxford University and qualified as a chartered accountant in London in 1972.

Mr Anagnostaras-Adams was born in Egypt as a Greek Citizen and adopted Australian citizenship where he was raised and became known as Harry Adams. He has served as Deputy Chairman of the Australian Gold Council, is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He recently moved to Europe to lead EMED. His experience in the past 25 years has been as Managing Director of Gympie Gold Ltd, Executive Director of investment company Pilatus Capital Ltd, General Manager of resources investment group Clayton Robard Ltd Group and Senior Investment Manager of Citicorp Capital Investors Australia Ltd.

John Leach has over 25 years’ experience in senior executive positions in the mining industry internationally. John Leach is executive chairman of Resource Mining Corporation Limited, a listed Australian company (ASX:RMI) with iron ore interests in Western Australia and nickel interests in Papua New Guinea. He is also Finance Director of KEFI Minerals .
Mr Leach holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) and a Masters in business administration and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Australia), the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Directors.
Mr Jasper Bertisen, M.Sc.
Non-Executive Director. Mr Bertisen is a principal with RCF Management LLC, the manager of Resource Capital Funds (together "RCF"), a group of private equity funds that invests exclusively in the mining sector. RCF is a significant shareholder in EMED Mining.
Mr Bertisen joined RCF in 2004 and, since that time, has completed technical and commercial due diligence on a large number of mining companies with projects ranging from late stage exploration through production. Mr. Bertisen graduated with a M.Sc. degree in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines and a M.Sc. degree in Mining Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Mr Bertisen is currently also a non-executive director of TSX-V listed AQM Copper Inc.
Mr Ashwath Mehra, B.Sc.
Non-Executive Director. Mr Ashwath Mehra is the Chief Executive Officer of the MRI Group, which consists of Marc Rich + Co. Investment A.G. and its various subsidiaries.
The MRI Group is a commodities trading group with annual turnover of over US$3 billion. Mr Mehra has worked in the minerals industry for 22 years, starting his career with Philipp Brothers after which he spent 10 years with Glencore, where he was a senior partner and ran the Nickel and Cobalt Divisions. He has substantial experience in mineral projects and project finance.
Mr Roger Davey , M.Sc, C.Eng., Eur. Ing.
Non-Executive Director. Mr Davey has over thirty years experience in the mining industry and is presently an Assistant Director and the Senior Mining Engineer at N M Rothschild (London).
Mr Davey is fluent in Spanish and his experience includes working with with Minarco (AngloGold) in Argentina, Greenwich Resources in London, Blue Circle Industries in Chile and Gold Fields in South Africa. Roger is currently a director of Alexander Mining, Orosur Mining and Goldquest Mining.
Mr Robert Francis, BASc., CA
Non-Executive Director. Mr Francis is a retired senior partner of the Toronto office of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr Francis led the Deloitte & Touche Resource Sector Mining Group practice providing a complete range of services to the metals/mining sector. In this capacity Mr Francis advised extensively on regulatory compliance matters governing the preparation and disclosures related to financial statements and other reporting documents to shareholders.
Mr Francis is currently a non-executive director of TSX-listed Volta Resources Inc. and a director of the William Osler Health Services Foundation.
Dr Jose Nicolas Sierra Lopez, Ph.D., D.I.C., MBA
Non- Executive Director. Dr Sierra brings to the Company over 30 years ' experience as a mining and energy leader in the business and government sectors. His experience includes being Spain's national Director General of Mines and Construction Industries and EU Director for Fossil Fuels for the European Commission.More recently he was Commissioner at the National Energy Commission of Spain
Dr Sierra holds a Ph.D. in Mining Engineering from the University of Madrid.He is an elected member of the Royal Academy of Doctors of Spain.
